Terms & Conditions – Discover All Energy Competition

1. Promoter
 The promoter is DPA Solar Pty Ltd, ABN 021 064 484 430, located at 4/273 Williamstown Rd, Port Melbourne VIC 3207.

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who are qualified business customers of DPA Energy. Employees of Discover Energy Systems, DPA, its affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period
 The competition runs from 12:00am AEST on 12 May 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 August 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter
 Eligible participants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the prize draw for every five (5) AES Rackmount 5.12kW LifePO4 batteries (CEC approved)  purchased from DPA Energy during the Promotion Period.

• Purchases may be cumulative across multiple orders within the Promotion Period.
  
• There is no limit to the number of entries per participant, provided the eligibility requirements are met.
  

5. Prize Details

• One (1) winner will be drawn.
  

Prize Package Includes:

• Return economy flights for 2 people to Melbourne Tullamarine Airport (up to $1000 per person).
• Return transfers from Melbourne Tullamarine Airport to Oakwood Premier Hotel Melbourne.
• 2 nights in a Deluxe Room at Oakwood Premier Hotel Melbourne (check-in 28/10/2025, check-out 30/10/2025).
• Dinner for 2 at Strato Melbourne (up to $200 per person).

6. Draw, Winner Notification and Claiming Prize

• The prize draw will take place at the offices of DPA Energy on 5 September 2025 at 12:00pm AEST.
  
• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  
• The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within two (2) business days of the draw and announced on DPA Energy’s website and/or social media channels.

Claiming the Prize

To claim the prize, the winner must:

• Contact: Reach out to DPA Energy via the provided contact details in the winner notification.
  
• Provide Information: Submit any required documentation to verify eligibility.
  
• Confirm Details: Agree to the terms and conditions associated with the prize.
  

Prize Delivery

• Arrangements: DPA Energy will coordinate with the winner to arrange the delivery or booking of the prize components, such as flights, accommodation, and experiences.
  
• Timeline: All prize components will be provided within a reasonable timeframe, as specified in the terms and conditions.

7. Unclaimed Prize
If the prize is not claimed by 19 September 2025, a redraw will be held on 22 September 2025 at 12:00pm AEST at the same location. The new winner will be notified using the same process outlined above.

8. Privacy
All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and DPA Energy’s Privacy Policy. This information is collected solely for the purposes of administering this competition.

9. General Conditions

• DPA Energy reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
  
• DPA Energy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
  
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  
• DPA Energy is not responsible for technical issues or delays outside of its control that may affect entry eligibility.
• Inventory of the AES Rackmount is limited and supply is not guaranteed for the full Promotion Period.  Orders will be served on a first served basis.
• This competition is in no way affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by All-Energy Australia or any of its associated entities, registered businesses, or any competitions conducted by them.
